A new couch for Molly

Molly is the proud owner of a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse couch!  It's the cutest thing ever!  It's a kid sized couch, that folds out into a little bed, with an attached blanket!  It arrived today while she was napping, so she got to come downstairs to a brand new couch!  She LOVES it too!  And she's quite pleased with herself that she can fold it out to a bed, and back to a couch all by herself!

The new couch!

She loves it so much!

A very tired Molly

Miss Molly decided to wake up at 4am this morning....I'm not sure why....but she thought it was a good idea!  And to top that off....she also decided to skip her nap!  You can only imagine the "terrorist" I was dealing with today!
This evening, we had our friends Mike and Erin over to watch the Flyers game, and while Molly was eating her dinner, she started to get very sleepy!  her eyes were very heavy, her head was nodding off.....it was precious!  Erin was sitting across the table from her and I'm pretty sure she couldn't believe her eyes!  So once Molly finally fell asleep, I ofcoarse took some pictures!  Then she went up to bed...where, in true Molly fashion, got her second wind and screamed & screamed for awhile, before finally falling asleep, right in her doorway!  Oh Molly!

Passed out....with Macaroni & cheese covering her face!

Adorable even when she's sleeping!

Donald Duck

Molly now knows all of the characters from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and calls them by name (with the exception of Goofy, which she is still working on)  When she sees them on the show she yells out their names!  When she sees them on her new flashcards she got for Easter, she'll tell us who they are.  She has toy figurines of each of them, and she'll bring them to me and tell me who they are.....she's such a smart girl!  But yesterday we had to run to the grocery store.  While we were in the refrigerated section, I was looking one direction at butter, and Molly was apparently looking in the other direction when I heard her gasp "OOHH, DONALD DUCK!"  And I looked at her (because she said this in a very surprised and LOUD voice) and sure enough she was pointing to a refrigerator case full of orange juice....one brand in particular - "Donald Duck" orange juice, with his picture on the front!  She was soo stinken excited about it, we just had to leave the store with Donald Duck orange juice!

Easter

The Fox family had a wonderful Easter!  Molly woke up and found her Easter basket with tons of goodies from the Easter Bunny!  She got Mickey Mouse Clubhouse flashcards to help her learn colors, numbers and shapes.  She had some candy, and the new Disney movie Tangled!  (Which is an ADORABLE movie, and she really seems to like it!)
We had dinner at Brandi and Ryan's house, and the kids had an egg hunt.  Molly has the best time hunting eggs!  She hardly needed any help once she got started, she was a pro!

Molly's Easter basket! (ofcoarse it's a Longaberger!)

Girl on a mission!  Find the eggs!!!!

Molly & Ansley hanging out!
Molls decided to support the Flyers during game 6 that day and wear her new pink Flyers shirt Gunnar got for her on his most recent Philly work trip.

Checking out what's inside all of the eggs!

This was the day before Easter, at Molly's friend Adyn's birthday party.  I'm pretty sure it's safe to say this is THE.CUTEST.GIRL.IN.THE.ENTIRE.WORLD!

Random Molly pics!

Random Molly pictures I have taken recently....Enjoy!

Molly doesn't nap every day these days, and on this specific day, dinner time came, and she was soo tired, she literally fell asleep sitting at the table!

Molly having the time of her life eating dinner with some of Kalin's teammates!

Loves to climb on top of her toy box!

Molly's first nightgown! :)  Ofocarse it has a matching headband!  She danced around in her nightgown, and was soo happy it had "Mimmie" on it!

Likes to wear Minnie ears at Griffin and Ansley's house!

Hanging out with Daddy in his office!

Transition Bed

Molly is officially out of her crib!  Gunnar and I have been discussing when want her to make the move from crib to bed, and we decided that we would purchase her new (and might I say beautiful) bedroom set in June after we get back from our vacation to Dawson Creek.  Unfortunately, Molly had other plans.  She began to attempt to climb out of her crib, and it was really scary to me, b/c there were a few times I would watch her on the monitor and really thought she was going to fall!  Fortunately for us, her crib can convert into a toddler day bed, and even a full size bed.  So until June, we converted Molly's crib into the toddler day bed.  The crib we have (which is only 2 years old) is now discontinued, and I could not find the toddler crib rail conversion kit that goes specifically with the bed anywhere, so I found a "universal crib rail" that works with most cribs.  It doesn't match the dark espresso wood color of her crib, and it also didn't allow us to keep the back side of her crib (which makes it look like a true day bed) either, but for 2 months, it will serve its purpose!
Molly initially did pretty good in the new bed!  It's very low to the ground (it maybe sits a foot off the ground) but Molly was very afraid to get out of it! (She's gets off furniture, and our bed, etc with ease) so I was thrilled she wasn't trying to get out of her bed!  But after day 2, she figured it out, and that's when the adventures began!  ~
Molly is tall enough to reach door handles and open them, so as soon as she figured out how to get out of her bed, she also got out of her room, and I would find her in totally random places in our upstairs!  We have a gate at the top of our stairs, so she couldn't get hurt on them, but we went out this morning and bought another gate for her bedroom doorway, so she is contained! :)  But the madness didn't stop there!  She emptied her dresser drawers, her book baskets, and even carried clothes back into her bed, where she played with them, and tried to put them on!  One of the sections of her dresser is like a cabinet door, and I watched Molly (via the video monitor) open this door, go completely inside the dresser, and then close herself in it!  She thought this was hilarious! (we did too!)
After about 2 hours of playing, she finally got tired, and went back in her bed, scooped up her Minnie, and an arm full of clothes, and passed out!  Her room looked like a bomb went off!  Naturally I had to take pictures of this!
I think the best part of this whole thing was this morning (this was before the new gate was installed in her doorway) I woke up to the sweetest little face, about 5 inches from mine saying "Hi! Hi! Hi!"  It was the best thing ever!!!
Enjoy the pics!

The very weird looking bed!  Gunnar and I refer to it as Molly's ghetto bed!

The little princess snoozing!  This was her first nap in the bed, and before she ever "got out of it"

View #1 of the mess she made during her nap today!  Clothes everywhere!

View #2  - Books everywhere! and also more clothes!

And the little culprit, with Minnie and a bunch of clothes!  She's lucky she's cute! :)

Our trip to New Jersey

Well, it's about time I blog about our NJ visit!  Sorry it has taken me so long to get this done, but since we've been back, we've been very busy!
Our trip to NJ was very nice!  Very quick, but very nice!  In the 6 days we were there we did manage to do a lot!  For those that are reading this that I didn't get a chance to see, I do apologize, we'll be back in July and hope to catch up with you then! :)
Molly had so much fun hanging out with her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends!  In such a short visit, we were able to cover a lot of ground!  From going out to breakfast, an egg hunt, hanging with family, and playdates with friends, Miss Molly was beyond happy throughout the trip!  She traveled great to NJ and back too, which I couldn't be happier about!  It's not easy traveling with a child by yourself, and I think this was the 3rd or 4th time I've done it solo, this time was by far the most challenging! Mostly because it was the first time she's traveled since she's has been mobile in some way!  But overall she was great in the airports, and on the planes!
Enjoy the pics!  I put descriptions on the pictures rather than type everything up here!  There are more to come, but I felt I needed to atleast get some posted!  Enjoy!

On our lay over in Chicago, heading to NJ!  We made friends with a mom and daughter duo in the Albuquerque airport!  Her daughter, Summer, was 2 years old, and her and Molly played very nice together, so we decided to sit together on the plane, then we both had 2 hour lay overs in Chicago, so we had lunch  and the girls played!  It was really fun!

Molly's Minnie Mouse pancake!  We went to breakfast at Hollywood Diner with Grammy, Poppop, Aunt Em and my Mommom and Poppy!  Mommom and Poppy go to Hollywood Diner a lot, and one day they noticed on the kid menu "Mickey Mouse pancakes" So they had to bring Molly there!  The told the waitress to "dress up" the pancake, and when they brought it to Molly, she was soo excited to see a Minnie pancake!  She said "Mimmie!! Mimmie!!"

Molly and her buddy Luca!  We had dinner at my friend Jenny and Matts house.  I taught third grade with Jenny @ Sewell School, and every time we come back for a visit, we always get together!  Luca is 11 months old, and on this visit this little pair played so cute!  Walking/crawling all over the place!  In this pic, they took a break to check out some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on tv!  So cute!  Thanks for a fun night Cavalieri family!

Molly and Madison!  Madison is my friend Tiffany's daughter.  While we were home we went to Tiffany's sister Jaclyn's house in Philly for a party for her husband Josh!  Maddie and Molly were busy exploring the place, playing, eating and catching up!  In this pic, they took a break to watch some TV.
